Salus Division - systems
For therapeutic pools Cemi offers top quality filtering and circulation material that conforms to all current regulations.
The material supplied for therapeutic swimming pools with skimmer systems is as follows:
1. A white ABS skimmer for therapeutic pools.
2. An ABS floor socket.
3. A white ABS wall nozzle.
4. An electric control panel compliant with C.E.I. - E.N. regulations with an interrupter.
5. A polyester laminated filter column reinforced in fibreglass.
6. A self-priming electric swimming pool pump with incorporated pre filter and a motor protected from the water.
The hydraulic system has the following features.
According to UNI-10637 May 2006 regulations, a hydraulic system for rehabilitation-therapeutic pools with a skimmer system must have a recycling time of less than 120 minutes and a filtering speed of less than 40 m/h.
Tube dimensions are based on the following parameters:
- water flow speed inside the pool:
a) Outflow: less than 1.5 m/s.
b) Inflow: less than 1.0 m/s.
c) In waste systems that operate through gravity: between 0.5 and 0.7 m/s.
Connectors and valves are completely made of PN16 non-toxic, rustproof PVC in conformity with DIN/UNI regulations. Unless otherwise specified tubes are made of PN10 non-toxic, rustproof PVC in conformity with and certified by I.I.P.
