CEMI Supervisor System is a new Touch Screen graphic interface system that CEMI offers its clients to give them the possibility to command and manage the whole system - from a simple swimming pool, to more complex creations like a water park or wellness centre - through a simple, intuitive programme developed specially to satisfy all the needs of our clients and of the system itself.
The Cemi Supervisor System implements the stability of PLC automation with the possibility of commanding and monitoring processes and equipment simply and rapidly.

This simple systems allows you to:

• manage pool or pools filtration: you can control filtration by setting the times at which it should be carried out, together with the position or movement of the valves that manage the phases of the process - including filtration, backwash, rinsing and waste;
• manage pumps and blowers: you can control turning them on or off, the heat level, the number of revolutions or the outgoing water pressure, etc.;
• control water values: you can visualise the chemical values of water in the system, the pH and Rx with the relative values of high sets and low sets, the level of free chlorine, total chlorine, the temperature, turbidity and conductivity, etc.;
• manage times: you can programme the time at which wellness equipment will be turned on, when to turn it on, the time delay in water effects and the hour at which various pieces of equipment will be turned on and off, depending on the times that structures open and close to the public;
• manage environmental parameters for wellness facilities: you can control the temperature and the percentage of humidity in saunas, biosaunas and Turkish baths and check that the heat and steam generators or heaters are functioning properly;
• manage alarms: you can check for any anomalies in pre-set values in equipment or control devices;
• manage requests for help: you can visualise any alarms or requests for help from staff by facility (including emergency buttons and staff call buttons);
• manage data records: an instrument that is based on the parameters set by the client, which registers data and produces graphs, so the client can compile a data history or extract statistics. This tool allows the supervision system to be programmed as efficiently as possible to avoid waste and optimise the management of the system itself.
